Welcome to Bridgemote. By using our app, you agree to these terms. We've kept our terms as concise and transparent as our app's design.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bridgemote on your Apple Watch for your own personal use. This license is tied to your Apple ID and is subject to the standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract the source code of the App. You may not modify, lease, lend, sell, or distribute the App. Use of the App to control devices you do not have permission to control is strictly prohibited.
Bridgemote functions by communicating directly with your TVs over your local network. You are responsible for ensuring your network and devices are compatible with Apple HomeKit. We are not responsible for any network connectivity issues or third-party hardware failures.
Bridgemote is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware or software versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, device malfunction, or unauthorized control of hardware resulting from your use of the app.
The "Lifetime Unlock" is a one-time in-app purchase that provides permanent access to full features. This purchase is non-refundable through the developer; all refund requests must be handled by Apple Support. Access to features is dependent on your continued use of an Apple ID that has purchased the license.
This license is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this agreement.
The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue support, maintenance, and updates for the App at any time without notice. Future compatibility with upcoming versions of watchOS, iOS, or TV hardware is not guaranteed. Your one-time purchase entitles you to the current version of the App and any updates the Developer chooses to provide.
Bridgemote is an independent utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Apple Inc., Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Sony Corporation, or any other TV manufacturer. "Apple", "HomeKit", "Apple Watch", and other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
