Bridgemote operates entirely locally on your device. We do not collect personal information, usage metrics, analytics, or crash reports. We do not use third-party tracking frameworks or advertising networks. What happens on your watch, stays on your watch.
To function seamlessly as a remote control, Bridgemote communicates securely with devices on your local network (such as your Smart TV). This communication happens directly peer-to-peer between your Apple Watch and the target device. No commands, IP addresses, or device information are ever sent to external cloud servers.
Any settings, configurations, or device pairing information you save within the app are stored exclusively on your device using Apple's secure, native storage mechanisms (such as the Keychain). This data never leaves your personal ecosystem and is not synced to our servers.
We do not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. Bridgemote solely relies on Apple's powerful native frameworks to function, ensuring maximum performance and privacy.
Bridgemote offers a lifetime in-app purchase processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, billing details, or personal identity. Apple manages all transactions securely on our behalf.
Because Bridgemote does not collect any personal information whatsoever, it is safe and appropriate for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children.

Nope. Nothing at all. We don't have servers, we don't track your analytics, and we don't log your crashes. Bridgemote is designed to be a local, standalone utility. We wouldn't even know who you are if we tried.
Only to download the app and make the initial purchase. Once that's done, Bridgemote communicates directly with your TV over your local Wi-Fi or local network. No external internet connection is required to send remote commands after setup.
Your TV models and local configurations are saved directly to your Apple Watch's local storage. This information is kept strictly on your device.
